In January 2010, the Explorers became secret agent spies—or perhaps submarine captains—by creating their own periscopes.
On October 29, 2009, the Explorers met for an evening of checking out the moon with a telescope. Unfortunately clouds put a big damper on the views, but there were still a few glimpses to be seen.
In February 2009 the Explorers spent a session investigating the nature of light. They learned that white light is actually anything but white, and that nearly every beam of light has a secret rainbow hiding inside it.
